My father was an awesome painter. I appreciated and loved the way he would just glide his brush over a simple canvas backdrop barely touching the surface. Many of todays artists use a wide variety of techniques as well as different backdrops such as silk, cotton, linen to create wonderful original works. Whatever your medium is Art = Art.
